• providing consultations on the application of regulatory acts of the NBU regarding transactions related to the export and import of goods (services), capital movements (loans, investments, etc.), and rules for transfers by individuals;
• performing foreign exchange supervision over the timeliness of settlements for export and import transactions of goods;
