Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of “PRAVEX BANK”

On January 26th, 2023 the sole Shareholder of “PRAVEX BANK” JSC, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., decided to elect Mr. Francesco Del Genio as the Member of the Supervisory Board of “PRAVEX BANK” JSC (Shareholder representative). Mr. Francesco Del Genio took the office on February 3rd, 2023 following the approval of his candidacy by the National Bank of Ukraine. Mr. Francesco Del Genio is elected for the period until 2024 annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
