The rating agency "Standard Rating" has confirmed the long-term credit rating of PRAVEX BANK at the level of uaAAA according to the national scale. This demonstrates the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.
Data from statistical reporting for 1Q 2024 and the period January-May 2024 were considered by the rating committee when deciding.
During the first quarter of 2024, the share of loans granted to clients increased to 18.75%, investments in securities increased to 42.20%, and the share of funds from individuals for the period from January to March 2024 increased to 31.35%.
PRAVEX BANK continued to maintain a high level of liquidity by placing free funds in NBU deposit certificates, government bonds, and government securities of other countries. Prudent lending and credit risk control enabled PRAVEX BANK to maintain the quality of its loan portfolio at a high level.
As of the beginning of June 2024, PRAVEX BANK was well provided with liquidity, as evidenced by the high values of the Bank's relevant standards (NSFR, LCRvv, and LCRs), which exceeded the limit values set by the NBU by a significant margin.
The relevant factors, as well as the high level of external support from the sole shareholder of the Bank - the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo Group - allowed the Agency to update the credit rating of PRAVEX BANK at such a high level. The level of external support, solvency margin, and liquidity of the Bank allows it to confidently pass the period of exacerbation of the group of systematic risks during martial law.
