PRAVEX BANK’s credit rating updated at uaAAA according to the National Scale

The credit rating agency "Standard Rating" has updated PRAVEX BANK’s long-term credit rating at uaAAA according to the national scale. This demonstrates the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.

The agency's decision was based on an in-depth analysis of the PRAVEX BANK's financial results for 2024, statistical data for the previous year, and reporting from January-February 2025.

In 2024, PRAVEX BANK recorded:

  • A significant increase in the Bank’s own equity (+89.38%).
  • Strong growth in investments in securities (+53.74%).
  • Expansion of the loan portfolio (+10.28%).

PRAVEX BANK maintained high liquidity, placing free funds in monetary and liquid instruments of the NBU with minimal credit risk.

As of early March 2025, PRAVEX BANK continued to keep its capital ratios (N1, NRc, NTIER1 and NCET1) and liquidity ratios (NSFR, LCR and LCRFX) at a high level, which significantly exceeded the thresholds set by the NBU.

Standard Rating reported that PRAVEX BANK’s solvency and liquidity positions, as well as the high level of external support from the

Bank's sole shareholder - the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo - confirmed in practice, allowed the Agency to update the credit rating of PRAVEX BANK at such a high level.
