From 01.08.2023, by the Decision of the Supervisory Board and following the authorization received by the National Bank of Ukraine, Mr. Gianluca Corrias was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX BANK.
Gianluca Corrias has 33 years of experience in the banking sector. He started working and developed his career within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
For many years, he held senior positions and headed various departments in the head office as well as in subsidiary banks of the Group in Italy, Great Britain and United States.
In 2018, he moved to Ukraine and on December 6 he became the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX BANK, and on December 13, 2019, he was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board.
On May 31, 2021, Mr. Corrias resigned from the position of the Chairman of the Management Board in connection with his appointment to the position of Deputy CEO of Alexbank where he was assigned from August 2021 until October 2022.
After returning to Milan in November 2022, Gianluca Corrias coordinated a number of special projects for the Chief of the International Subsidiary Banks Division.
As Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX BANK, Mr. Corrias will continue the implementation of the strategy of Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Ukraine.
Mr. Stefano Burani, who has been the Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX BANK since June 2021, will be assigned to a new important position within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
