The main changes include:

  • The obligation to notify the Bank of changes in the Client's CRS status (clause 3.23).
  • Clarification of the terms of disclosure of banking secrecy to improve the Client's service (clause 3.27).
  • Interaction with the EMA and mobile operators to increase the level of payment security (clause 3.29).
  • Possibility to use an advanced electronic signature (clause 4.23).
  • Strengthening the Client's obligations to comply with technical requirements for the software (clause 4.11).
  • Regulation of the moment of receipt by the Bank of a notice of compromise of the Client's accounting information used for payment transactions (clause 4.17).
  • Extension of the use of electronic signature to relations between the parties outside the scope of the Rules (clause 4.25).
  • Cancellation of the obligation of the Client to return to the Bank payment cards that are blocked or expired.
  • The Bank may inform the Client about small payments only through the payment application, without separate notifications (clause 6.18).
  • Clarification of the Client's liability for non-return or untimely return of terminals under the acquiring service (clause 11.26).

We hope that these changes will make our service even better.
