PRAVEX BANK, as a participant of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund, іn connection with the start of the liquidation procedure of JSC "MEGABANK" in accordance with the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 21, 2022 No. 362-rsh "On the revocation of the banking license and liquidation of JSC "MEGABANK" and the Decision of the executive directorate of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter - Fund) dated July 21, 2022 No. 85 "On the start of the liquidation procedure of JSC "MEGABANK" and the delegation of powers of the liquidator of the bank", inform:
- continuation of payments of the guaranteed amount of compensation to depositors of JSC "MEGABANK" according to the part of the general register:
- according to bank deposit contracts, the term of which has expired as of the end of the day preceding the day of initiation of the procedure for the withdrawal of an insolvent bank from the market by the Fund;
- according to bank account agreements;
- starting from July 26, 2022, payments of the guaranteed amount of compensation under contracts, the term of which expires after the start of the procedure for the withdrawal of the bank from the market by the Fund.
