Affordable Loans 5-7-9%
PRAVEX BANK in partnership with Entrepreneurship Development Fund offers its clients loans for working capital replenishment and investment purposes at 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% or 13% per annum in UAH.
«Affordable Loans 5-7-9%» program is implemented to develop entrepreneurship and to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that will facilitate new jobs creation and small business growth, import-substitution, and return of migrant workers.
Under terms of the program, the government compensates the bank for the borrower a part of the interest rate on the loan contract. The amount of reimbursement depends on the purpose of the loan and the number of jobs you create.
Lending purposes covered by the program:
Investment purpose
- purchase/modernization of fixed assets (in particular, vehicles to be used for commercial and production purposes)
- acquisition of non-residential property/ land plots for business activities
- construction, reconstruction, repair of premises for business activities
- acquisition of objects of intellectual property rights under commercial concession (franchising) contracts related to the implementation of the investment project
Working capital financing
- purchase of raw materials and supplies, payment for goods and services, payment of salaries, taxes, and other current needs related to business operations
Criterias for the borrower and the loan to participate in the Program:
- legal entity
- resident of Ukraine
- registered on the territory of Ukraine (except for territories of active hostilities, territories of active hostilities in which state electronic information resources function, and temporarily occupied territories for which the date of the end of hostilities or temporary occupation has not been determined).
- economic activity is carried out for more than 12 months
- the ultimate beneficial owners are individuals - residents of Ukraine
- not a person whose shareholder or ultimate beneficial owner is a citizen of a state recognized as an aggressor or occupying state
- does not fall under the restrictions of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Development and State Support of Small and Medium Enterprises":
- does not manufacture and/or sell weapons, tobacco products, exchange currencies
- does not produce and/or sell alcoholic beverages (except for production without added alcohol)
- does not lease real estate, which is one of its main activities
- has no debts to the budget, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, or compulsory state social insurance funds
