  • “PRAVEX BANK” JSC depository institution informs on approval of new tariffs for depository transactions with securities for individuals and legal entities (residents and non-residents) from 20.02.2019.
  • Clients (depositors), with whom the agreement for opening the account in securities or the agreement for servicing the account in securities (the “Agreement”) were concluded before the entry into force of decisions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (the “Commission) dd. 06.08.2013 No.1412, dd. 24.06.2014 No.807, dd. 24.07.2015 No.1085, dd. 26.05.2016 No.590, dd. 07.03.2017 No.148, dd. 07.09.2017 No.673 (the “Decision of the Commission), shall  bring the Agreements in compliance with the decisions of the Commission and with standard form of the agreement for  servicing the account in securities by amending the current Agreements. In order to conclude the agreement on making amendments to the Agreement please contact Custody Office at  (044) 521-02-67, or at the address: 9/2 Klovskyi Uzviz, Kyiv. 
  • “PRAVEX BANK” JSC carries out professional activity in the stock market – depository activity of depository  institution on the basis of the licence series АЕ No. 286534 issued under Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dd. 08.10.2013 No. 2297, licence validity term from 12.10.2013 is unlimited.

Pursuant to the entry into force on 12.10.2013 of the Law of Ukraine “On Depository System of Ukraine” and the adoption by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Decision dd. 06.08.2013 No. 1412 “On Approval of the Requirements to the Agreement for Servicing of Securities Account”, it is necessary to amend the existing agreements for opening securities account or to renew the agreements in the new version. In order to bring the contractual relations in compliance with the above regulations of the law, “PRAVEX BANK” JSC invites you to draw up the corresponding additional agreements or contracts.

During the meeting of Management Board of “PRAVEX BANK” JSC No. 37_17.3 dd. 03.11.2017 the decision was adopted to terminate implementation of professional activity in the stock market (securities market) – depository activity, namely, the activity on storage of assets of joint investment institutions by “PRAVEX BANK” JSC Depository Institution without termination of depository activity of depository institution from December 01, 2017 and to commit all necessary actions for termination of the above type of depository activity according to concluded agreements and requirements of the legislation, according to the procedure stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Based on the results of consideration of the application and documents provided by “PRAVEX BANK” JSC for revocation of the license for conducting professional activity in the stock market – depository activity, namely the activity on storage of assets of joint investment institutions, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission adopted Decision dd. 18.01.2018 No. 20 on revocation of the license for conducting professional activity in the stock market – depository activity, namely the activity on storage of assets of joint investment institutions of series АЕ No. 286535 dd. 08.10.2013, issued on the basis of Decision of the Commission dd. 08.10.2013 No. 2297 to “PRAVEX BANK” PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK (identification code of legal entity 14360920; location: 9/2 Klovskyi Uzviz, Kyiv, 01021, on the basis of the application for revocation of the license in accordance with subitem 1 of item 1 of Section IV of the Procedure for suspension and revocation of a license for certain types of professional activity in the stock market (securities market), approved by the Decision of the Commission dd.14.05.2013 No. 816.
