Car loan
After the termination of the banking service agreement, including due to the expiration of the term, termination, or performance of such agreement, the client may request information (certificate) from the bank regarding the performance of obligations by the parties established by the agreement, including information (certificate) about the absence of arrears and the client's full performance of obligations under the agreement, which the bank provides in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the client's choice) within 5 working days from the date of receipt of such a request by the bank.

Advance payment: from 30% of the cost of the car
Minimum credit term: 12 months.
Maximum term: up to 60 months.
Minimum loan amount: UAH 100,000
The maximum loan amount is UAH 1 million
One-time commission: 1% of the loan amount
Additional costs:
- There is no accident insurance
- Collateral insurance: CASCO (annually)
- Notarial certification of a pledge agreement - 0.1% state duty + the cost of notary services
The real interest rate ranges to 59.4% per annum and depends on the credit terms chosen by the consumer.
The estimated cost of notary services is UAH 5,000.

- passport of the citizen of Ukraine of the wife (husband)
- the identification code of the husband (wife)
- the certificate from the place of work for the last 6 months*
- other documents requested by the bank
*If an individual is an individual entrepreneur, the following is requested:
- An individual entrepreneur registration statement;
- (either) tax return on property and income for the last 4 quarters with the mark of the SFSU
- (or) the report of the single taxpayer for the last 4 quarters with the mark of the SFSU
- An individual entrepreneur's current account statement for the last 12 months.
